Trauma-Informed Assemblies & Workshops Delivered to schools, PRUs, youth services, and organisations. We provide trauma-informed assemblies and workshops that support young people, educators, and professionals to understand trauma responses, emotional regulation, racial identity, and wellbeing. Sessions are practical, reflective, and grounded in lived experience and psychological theory.

Trauma-Informed Practice Training (Professionals & Organisations)

Training for teachers, school staff, corporates, charities, and frontline professionals. These sessions focus on trauma awareness, unconscious bias, racial trauma, emotional containment, and creating psychologically safe environments for young people and staff.

Rooted in Resilience – 12-Week Programme

A structured, evidence-informed programme delivered in prisons, schools, and community settings. The programme supports young people—particularly Black and racially marginalised boys— to explore identity, trauma, emotional regulation, accountability, and future pathways through group work, reflection, and mentoring.

One-to-One Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Specialising in racial identity, racial trauma, and lived experience. We offer individual psychodynamic psychotherapy for young people and adults, with particular expertise in racial identity, intergenerational trauma, and systemic stress. Therapy is also available for broader emotional and psychological difficulties.

Mentoring Services

Mentoring for young people delivered 1:1 or in groups across schools, PRUs, and custodial settings. Our mentoring approach centres emotional safety, consistency, and positive identity development, supporting young people to navigate life, education, and personal challenges.
